We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic commercial support specialist to join our team!
What you’ll be doing
In this role you will support the commercial organization and local leadership team by organizing events, improving data and reporting accuracy and picking up important projects they don’t have time for.
Performing administrative tasks to support the whole sales team in gaining and retaining customers. Like accurately processing new deals in the system for correct invoicing.
Your responsibilities will include setting up the pricing plan for new clients, scheduling meetings, checking the monthly license fee and coordinating all data in admin.
Managing customer accounts by enriching the partnership leads with info, working alongside them, setting up dev accounts for partners.
Supporting the operation channel.
Working with customer success managers and communicating with existing clients to explore partner agency support.
You will be involved in the business development and qualification process by getting in touch with prospective clients to troubleshoot their issues, as well as plan demos where needed.
Prioritize and organize the deals pipeline.
What you’ll need
Good time management and organizational skills.
You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Any experience with operational or supportive roles would be a plus.
An understanding of marketplaces and e-commerce, also the surrounding ecosystem of consultants, agencies, and sales methodology.
You have the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders, internally and externally.
You are motivated, willing to get the job done, enthusiastic personality with a hands-on mentality.
