Customer Marketer

Intro

As Customer Marketer at ChannelEngine you take responsibility for customer marketing programs, detailed planning, proactive communication and flawless delivery of memorable marketing experiences that support our sales goals. Together with the Customer Success team, you focus on the experience, growth and success of our current customers and you will nurture prospects to make them clients. With the Marketing- and Product team, you cooperate to educate our customers about our products and services.


What you’ll be doing

  • Identify and activate growth opportunities within our prospects/customer database,

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with our customers and create success stories, references and manage end-to-end customer advocacy programs,

  • AB testing and shaping lead scoring model,

  • Turning clients into ambassadors,

  • Securing reviews and customer success stories.

Job requirements

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a relevant field,

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within a customer marketing focused position, preferably within a fast paced environment,

  • Substantial understanding of sales-focused marketing, e-commerce customers and marketplace leaders,

  • Customer-centric mindset, where you are able to interact with customers directly,

  • Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams,

  • A team player mentality and positive “can do” attitude,

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal,

  • HubSpot experience considered plus (HubSpot certification big advantage).
