To realize our ambitions, we are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager, who focuses on the success and growth of our existing customers. What you’ll be doing

  • Taking responsibility for customer marketing programs, detailed planning, proactive communication, and flawless delivery of memorable marketing experiences that support our sales goals,
  • Together with the Customer Success team, focus on the experience, growth and success of our current customers,
  • Together with the Marketing- and Product team, you'll educate our customers about our products and services,
  • Analyze web traffic metrics to direct (or redirect) the campaign to meet specific project/campaign goals and business targets,
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with our customers and create success stories, references and manage end-to-end customer advocacy programs.

Job requirements

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a relevant field,
  • Substantial understanding of sales-focused marketing, e-commerce customers and marketplace leaders,
  • Customer-centric mindset, where you are able to interact with customers directly,
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams,
  • A team player mentality and positive “can do” attitude,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
