This is why we are looking for an Employer Brand Specialist to help us get the word out; someone who will create content to tell the honest inside stories that will help us attract, engage and hire the best and brightest talent out there. We are a little over 180 people now, but we have big global growth plans. WE ARE HIRING.

What you’ll be doing

As Employer Brand specialist you’ll be based at our Leiden HQ and will lead the development and implementation of local and global employer branding initiatives for our various hubs around the world. You’ll be a part of the Talent Acquisition team but will also work closely with the marketing team.

  • Identifying and investigating what, exactly, about ChannelEngine makes us awesome and translating this insight into actions that set us apart from the competition,

  • Running the EVP & Values project, and turning this into a employer branding plan including content and (automated) social media calendars,

  • Together with the talent acquisition and marketing teams, you’ll create beautiful content, both written and video, for a diverse audience to help bring our employee value proposition and our culture to life and generate qualified inbound interest from high-demand talent,

  • nitiating, coordinating and leading online and offline activations, experiences, and events,

  • Keeping up to date with the latest employer branding trends and thinking up different projects to optimize your impact across multiple regions.

Job requirements

What you’ll need

Of course everyone is different, but we have an idea of what you’ll need:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an employer branding or marketing role. If you were doing this for talent acquisition, that's perfect!

  • Experience in a multinational organization and a track record in creating employer branding across different countries,

  • Experience in (social media) content development,

  • A passion for creating amazing content and stories,

  • Excellent English language skills,

  • Experience in a project way of working i.e. working with several departments to conduct research, formulate action points, and carry them out to fruition.
