Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management team within Operations!🌟This team is responsible for supporting our top tier and strategic customers in integrating their system to the ChannelEngine platform.

What will you do as Enterprise Project Manager?

As Enterprise Project Manager, you will be working closely with our enterprise level clients to provide a smooth implementation of the ChannelEngine product. You’ll use a delivery focused approach in the process of undertaking and completing all project requirements.🎯

You’ll start by understanding and analyzing customers’ situations and requirements. You’ll develop a plan for the project, including a detailed timeline, task prioritization and resource allocation. You’ll identify potential risks and dependencies for the project, and implement risk mitigation strategies and develop contingency plans. You’ll regularly communicate with different stakeholders to provide progress updates, discuss concerns and ensure a regular alignment. You’ll proactively identify, resolve, and document client-side issues and impacts on the project. Throughout the execution of the project, you’ll monitor and report progress against the project plan and deliverables.📝

Making all this happen is a cross functional team effort: you'll collaborate with client-facing teams, like Sales, Product & Tech, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Delivery to make sure all teams are aligned to deliver the project successfully.
