The Project Manager is responsible for the detailed work associated with managing client implementation of our software. This includes but is not limited to project planning, resource allocation, regular reporting, owning meetings and communication, following up on tasks, identifying risks, and keeping resources and efforts of software implementation projects focused on the priorities, timeline, and budget.
The Project Manager coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, manages timelines, initiates and maintains project plans, and communicates status to clients, project sponsors, and senior and executive management.
Engages and encourages & mobilizes participation of the customer stakeholders of various departments of the required changes before and as the plan is implemented.
The Project Manager is also responsible for ensuring all internal resources are properly aligned and activities are reinforced for better operational efficiency and execution of the implementations.
In this role you’ll:
Manage all project documentation including timelines, project plan, communication plan, risk log, and project reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the project budget (agreed scope in the Statement of Work) including project funding, and forecast, and worked project hours.
Ensure timely resolution of client and internal issues and communicate resolved issues to clients and internal teams.
Build effective relationships and communications with clients by obtaining client feedback
Reinforce employees' roles, responsibilities, and expectations on a project.
May assist with presale activities including meetings and conference calls to determine needs analysis and project scope.
Measure, track, and evaluate progress against the project plan, deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
Prepare project status reports and keep management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues.
Identify, resolve, and document client-side issues and impacts on the project.
Collaborate with client-facing team members, like Sales, Product & Tech, CSM, Customer Support, and Delivery and make sure all dependent teams are aligned to make the project a success.
