ChannelEngine has a great opportunity for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition! In this role you will build and manage a great performing and highly skilled global Talent Acquisition team to support the rapid international growth of our company. Our goal is to at least double our team in 2022. This is a new role. You will have the opportunity, room and resources to implement your bright and innovative ideas.

Your Challenges

  • It’s your responsibility to design a distinctive long term Talent Acquisition strategy to attract the world’s best IT talent.

  • Together with our Marketing department and an external agency we are currently working on defining our Employee Brand and Employee Value Proposition. You will play a key role in this project and translating the outcomes to a great candidate experience.

  • You will rapidly build our own global Talent Acquisition team with a mix of internal and external recruiters and you will maintain the relationships with our trusted external recruitment partners.

  • We believe that with a more diverse team we make better decisions and achieve better results. You help us bring everything in place to attract and select people with different backgrounds.

  • You use data to create opportunities in all areas of recruiting, to define success and translate metrics into usable insights for stakeholders.

  • Together with our Marketing department you are responsible for creating high quality content in line with our employer brand.

  • You make sure that we use a variety of advanced and effective sourcing techniques and you build and maintain a passive talent pipeline through proactive market research.

  • You bring up bright and innovative ideas to make our recruitment process more effective and more efficient.

  • You ensure an impressive candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback, as well as conducting high-quality interviews.

  • You and your team share your knowledge and train our colleagues to recruit and select the best new team members.

  • Together with our HR Business Partner(s) you make sure our job offers (salary and secondary benefits) are in line with the local market standards

  • You think along with the rest of ChannelEngine’s People Team to create the best employee experience.

Job requirements

Who are you?

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree

  • You have proven experience in shaping a distinctive Talent Acquisition strategy and leading a Talent Acquisition team in a fast growing, international IT environment.

  • You are familiar and comfortable with using data to support your recruitment activities and you are able to use metrics to guide strategy setting and decision making

  • You have a track record of successfully delivering innovative sourcing and recruiting methods

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills both in English and Dutch

  • People know you as a creative, reliable and realistic business partner.

  • Very important: your social and commercial skills are excellent

  • You are a fun person to work with!
