ChannelEngine is looking for an Integration Coordinator who can manage the integrations of our large international clients and partners with our platform. You contribute directly to our clients satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

  • You coordinate and monitor the integration process,

  • You collect the relevant technical information so you, together with the client and the input of our development team, can make a feasible integration plan. Integration usually takes place with an API or (customized) ERP system,

  • You take action if deadlines or agreements are not being met,

  • After completing the necessary tests with the client, you will coach them in setting up and using ChannelEngine or ask functional support to do so,

  • You continuously improve the integration process and the (general) customer information,

  • You proactively make suggestions for improvements in API endpoints, interfaces and documentation, as well as proposals for software improvements,

  • After go-live, you will arrange a proper handover to the support team and the customer success manager.

Job requirements

What you’ll need

  • A bachelor's degree, or thinking level, and at least two years of project management experience within a tech environment,

  • Familiarity with data formats and APIs and a strong affinity with technology,

  • Ability to communicate clearly and in a positive manner for example, when explaining to a client that something cannot or will not work,

  • You work in a structured way and can manage several large projects at the same time,

  • You are a self-starter with initiative and a sense of responsibility,

  • You get energy from continuously improving the integration process and the customer experience.
