ChannelEngine is looking for Legal Support to join our company!🥳 You’ll be part of our Legal team, who are responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to ChannelEngine, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and handling legal matters such as contracts, litigation, and intellectual property.
What will you do as Legal Support?
In this entry level role, you’ll work alongside our Senior Legal Counsel. You’ll be involved in different aspects of our Legal function such as Strategy, Compliance and Risk Management, Legal Advice, Legal Documents and Strategic Corporate Projects. 🌟
Your role will include supporting the Legal team with administrative tasks, reviewing NDA's, DPA’s and other basic agreements, assisting in the upkeep of our legal templates by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. As Legal Support, you’ll handle correspondence with internal and external parties about the NDA’s and agreements.
Through handling legal tasks independently, you’ll take on more responsibility in shaping and executing legal strategies. Next to this, you’ll work with our Senior Legal Counsel on various processes and projects.
Job requirements
What makes you the ideal Legal Support?
HBO or MBO degree in Dutch law,
1-2 years of experience in a similar role,
Knowledge and understanding of Dutch law,
Ability to work independently,
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal,
Availability to work 32-40 hours per week,
Currently resident in the Netherlands.
Nice to have (but not essential)
Dutch proficiency.
