ChannelEngine is scaling rapidly and under the lead of our new VP of Marketing and Growth, we are on our way towards global growth. We are looking for someone who is passionate about marketing analytics, who will support the development and execution of highly targeted marketing campaigns, and take the lead in setting up and reporting on our dashboards and quantitative research analytics.

What you’ll be doing

  • Taking ownership of the global Marketing Data & Analytics strategy, identifying both short- and long-term growth opportunities, prioritizing, and working alongside multiple stakeholders to build a roadmap to support ChannelEngine’s growth goals,

  • Outlining measurement plans for comprehensive, omnichannel marketing programs and campaigns and working with business units and region partners to implement these,

  • Performing analytics to generate cross-channel insights to optimize conversion and revenue/profitability within the business development channels,

  • Generating demand, revenue, and market level forecasts for business planning,

  • Uncovering new analytical models, tools and applications that can add incremental value to the organization,

  • Communicating cross-functionally and feeding information to other departments and regions,

  • Designing and implementing automated and actionable dashboard and report templates,

  • Ensuring data and insights are communicated effectively in a way that is tailored and contextualized to the target audience,

  • Acting as a data “sense-maker” for stakeholders, helping them to understand disparate data sources and inconsistent conclusions,

  • Providing monthly and quarterly digest to the management team, highlighting shifts in the market, key developing news, and other factors that can impact strategic decision making.

Job requirements

What you’ll need

  • Theoretical knowledge gained through a bachelor's degree in a relevant field,

  • Experience with building Master Marketing Dashboards is must; experience with HubSpot would be a plus,

  • Experience in analyzing campaigns towards optimized ROAS,

  • Marketing analytics knowledge, including: common web and mobile analytics solutions (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), and social and analytics platforms, including engagement and sentiment analysis,

  • Familiarity with advanced statistical analysis, research methodologies and associated tools and programs (SQL, PowerBI, SAS, etc.),

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
