We’re looking for an experienced Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our Delivery Team at ChannelEngine 🎉 With diverse customers across a variety of industries, and spread around the globe, no two days are the same, ensuring that your role as our Customer Onboarding Specialist is dynamic and rewarding 🌟


What will you do as a Customer Onboarding Specialist?

You’ll work alongside friendly and collaborative colleagues, overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers at ChannelEngine. You’ll be connecting customers’ systems to our platform and facilitating API connections for channel integrations 🔌 You’ll coach and train customers in setting up their accounts, walk them through ChannelEngine settings and functionalities, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience 🎯 Once onboarding is complete, you’ll keep a close eye out to check that everything is running smoothly, before handing the account over to the Customer Success Team.

Job requirements

What makes you the ideal Customer Onboarding Specialist?

  • 2+ years’ experience in managing onboarding projects, creating and tracking project timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams,

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces, their architecture and how data flows through the systems,

  • Proficiency in working with various APIs, handling authentication, and troubleshooting common API issues,

  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a can-do attitude,

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English,

  • Currently living in the Netherlands, Germany, or Canada.


Nice to have (but not essential)

  • French, German, or Turkish language skills,

  • Familiarity with ClickUp and Hubspot.
