Onsite Support Engineer

ChannelEngine has a nice opportunity for an experienced Onsite Support Engineer (functioneel- en werkplekbeheer) to join our engineering team! In this role, you will have the challenging task of making sure that our organization and product can support our rapid growth from an IT perspective. You will support the Head of Technology in the day-to-day operations of running a rapidly growing, international, engineering team.

Your challenges

  • You will be the primary contact for our external IT suppliers

  • You will perform recurring security audits to ensure that ChannelEngine stays compliant with internationally recognized standards like ISO27001

  • You register, manage and replace company assets

  • You provision company accounts and devices using Azure AD and Microsoft Intune

  • You provide a support helpdesk for internal IT-related issues

Job requirements

Who are you? 

  • You have at least a Bachelor’s (HBO) degree in IT or a related field

  • You have strong social skills

  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch

  • You are proactive and like learning new things

  • You have extensive experience providing functional IT support

  • You know how to provision and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Azure AD

  • You have an understanding of security standards and hardening

  • You are a fun person to work with

  • Basic knowledge of one or more scripting languages is an advantage
