Onsite Support Engineer / Werkplekbeheer

ChannelEngine has a great opportunity for an experienced Onsite Support Engineer (functioneel- en werkplekbeheer) to join its dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will assist our Head of Technology in the day-to-day IT operations of our international e-commerce scale-up, ensuring that the rapid growth of our organization and product are supported from an IT perspective.

What you’ll be doing

  • You’ll be the primary contact for our external IT suppliers,

  • You’ll perform recurring security audits to ensure that ChannelEngine stays compliant with internationally recognized standards such as ISO27001,

  • You’ll register, manage and replace company assets,

  • You’ll provision company accounts and devices using Azure AD and Microsoft Intune,

  • You’ll provide a support help desk for internal IT-related issues.

Job requirements

What you’ll need

In addition to being a fun person to work with, you’ll also need:

  • 4+ years of experience in providing functional IT support,

  • Knowledge of how to provision and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and Azure AD,

  • An understanding of security standards and hardening,

  • Knowledge of one or more scripting languages, such as Powershell, would be advantageous,

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English,

  • A proactive approach and strong social skills,

  • Availability to work 32-40 hours per week,

  • Currently residing in the Netherlands.
