You will work closely together with our other partner managers, the sales and our development team. Together, you are a well oiled machine in finding the right integration partners for Sendcloud and evolve our business to a next level. You celebrate successes together and think of new ways to find new partners, integrate and activate these partners to create new business opoortunities while simplifying merchant operations. You are free to be creative in finding new partners and prospects together with your team. 

Your responsibilities

You are in charge of the technical funnel of partner management. We are constantly expanding our services with new integrations in the field of ERP's, WMS, PIM and other API based enterprise systems. So there are a few topics that will cross your sales cycle:

  • Research: Investigate which integrations are requested by current customers. Work closely with sales to find out how customers would like to work with Channelengine in combination to these integrations. Transfer this to project requirements.
  • Project Management: Make sure that internally the project meets up with all the deadlines, expectations and requirements. You will be the go-to-guy/woman for colleagues and integration partners.
  • Partner development: Deliver product and sales training for our integration partners (sales doing this part), in person and via web conferences. Also, you will be the one who will inform partners about technology and product updates. Last but not least, you will build productive relationships with partners and make sure they are committed to Channelengine on the long run.
  • Business development: Attending client meetings and acting as a subject-matter expert (business to enterprise), develop and maintain business development and sales tools to ensure successful sales, also you will work together with partners to create and capture cross- and deep-sell opportunities.

Job requirements

What qualifications do you need for this?

  • A minimum of 8 years of work experience in Sales/Business Development/Partner Account Management.
  • 3+ years of experiences in SaaS and or Ecommerce
  • 2+ years of experience in API based integrations
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English is a must
  • You are an 'always-on' person with a go-getter and pioneer mentality
  • Integrations are your passion, enterprise customers are your natural habitat
  • You have the right combination of technical and commercial skills
