ChannelEngine is a fast-growing, e-commerce SaaS solution. We help brands, retailers and wholesalers find millions of new customers by connecting them to the biggest marketplaces around the world. We are looking for new members for our team in Singapore!


What you’ll be doing

At our fast-growing Software as a Software (SaaS) company ChannelEngine we are looking for a key role in scaling our presence in the Southeast Asia market. You will build and expand relationships with strategic tech partners (Technical integrations, Software Integrators & Tools), leveraging commercial collaboration opportunities to increase lead generation.

While this is a commercial role, it is important to understand the e-commerce and online marketplace agency landscape to create a scalable infrastructure to exchange leads with these partners and grow our current clientele.

In this role, you work closely with our Singapore Sales team, the partner manager Southeast Asia (marketplaces, agencies and logistics) and global Partner Management team to grow our technical partner network in Southeast Asia. Other core tasks include:

  • You proactively identify and research possible technology partners and effectively manage partner relationships from initial contact to qualification as well as long-term business relationships

  • You initiate opportunities for commercial collaboration and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, aligning all to ensure the best outcome.

  • Become a marketplace expert, stay on top of industry news, technologies, trends, and opportunities, pilot and implement emerging technologies in your sales strategy

Job requirements

What you’ll need

  • You have a strong commercial mindset and have gained a minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Sales/Partner Account Management in a SaaS environment.

  • You have good technical expertise and understanding of data formats and APIs and a strong affinity with technology in general.

  • A strong understanding of marketplaces and E-commerce, also the surrounding ecosystem of consultants, and experience with e-commerce software (Shopify, BigCommerce, VTEX, Magento) and System Integrators is a plus

  • You work effectively across multiple teams, locations, and levels within an organisation

  • Technology is your passion and you’re a creative thinker with an open-minded character
