ChannelEngine is scaling rapidly and under the lead of our new VP of Marketing and Growth, we are on our way towards global growth. Digital marketing agencies & channel partners are vital in our global expansion. Therefore we look for a Partner Marketing Manager to enable them to understand and sell ChannelEngine, and you will also focus on creating marketing strategies to help our Partner Managers recruit new partners.

Your Challenges

You manage partner marketing planning and execution for strategic partners. You’ll own the outcomes as the person spearheading co-marketing planning, materials and GTM delivery in service of measurable goals, and analysis to inform go-forward refinements—in close collaboration with sales, and partnership teams, plus partners of course.

You own the global Partner Marketing strategy, identifying both short- and long-term growth opportunities, prioritizing, and working alongside multiple stakeholders to build a roadmap to support ChannelEngine’s growth goals.

  • Drive co-marketing planning and execution, tied to mutually beneficial goals, with strategic partners

  • Enable partners to promote ChannelEngine through development of enablement assets & co-marketing toolkits

  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of ChannelEngine sponsorships at partner events

  • Partner with sales to include partners in at-scale customer campaigns to drive demand & adoption

  • Partner with Sales & Partnerships teams to develop partner marketing programs, to incentivize partner commitment to developing integrations with ChannelEngine

  • Cultivate strong working relationships with key partners’ marketers

  • Develop and implement partner marketing programs/materials such as joint solution one pagers, web content, emails, blog posts, and webinars—with aim to bring our value prop to life with/though partners

  • Support the launch of big new partnerships, and/or products through the partners under you

  • Measure and report on effectiveness of partner marketing programs and activities

Job requirements

Who are you?

This really makes you the perfect colleague to support our customers:

  • Theoretical knowledge through a bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years in partner, channel, or field marketing

  • Ability to work with cross-functional and cross cultural teams

  • Team player mentality and positive, “can do” attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in English
