At ChannelEngine, we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us take our marketplace integration platform to the next level. We’re blazing the trail in e-commerce and scaling our SaaS solution quickly, so we need someone who can take charge of our core platform, become an expert in its inner workings and keep developing and delivering features that our customers will love.

What you’ll be doing
Acting as ChannelEngine’s knowledge centre for all things related to our core platform,
Taking ownership of our core platform, including vision, ideation, development, growth, and maintenance,
Conducting user research and analysis to gain a deep understanding of the needs and wants of our clients, potential pain points, and areas for improvement,
Defining and maintaining the product roadmap in alignment with business stakeholders and other teams,
Monitoring the performance of the platform and keeping stakeholders informed, aligned, and moving at the right pace,
Working collaboratively with the development- and product teams to identify and manage technical debt in a sustainable manner whilst delivering against agreed OKRs,
Figuring out what really deserves the focus of the team and breaking down abstract goals into smaller, deliverable chunks that are easily understood by the team,
Fostering an environment in which the teams you work with can excel; helping them discover opportunities, surmount challenges and, ultimately, build a highly resilient and scalable platform.
What you’ll need
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a (technical) Product Manager, working in an agile environment,
Experience working on the backend infrastructure of a large-scale product or tool, preferably a SaaS solution, which is available in different global regions,
Affinity with the e-commerce market; experience in logistics or payments could also be considered,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to reason, negotiate and build consensus,
Ability to work independently, proactively, and in an organised manner, while still paying attention to detail,
Enough experience and resolve to hit the ground running,
Availability to work 40 hours per week.
