  • Taking responsibility for release planning: providing and refining estimates for projects, features, epics and stories,

  • Actively participating in the execution phase by supporting the DevOps team during sprints (business clarifications, adjustments for risk, reprioritisations, changes in scope, approving 'done' stories) and participating in sprint reviews and retrospectives,

  • Providing the purpose, context and direction to the team from both a business and technical point of view, always taking into consideration the product goal and mission,

  • Facilitating the team’s delivery by coordinating sprint activities such as planning sessions, review, refinements, and demos,

  • Synchronising with other POs across the organisation to provide successful deliveries.
