ChannelEngine is scaling rapidly and we are on our way towards global growth. To realize our ambitions, we are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager supporting sales in their specific region. In this role, you will support our growing North America region. This is a remote role for the Eastern Time Zone.


Your Challenges

A successful Regional Marketing Manager has substantial understanding of sales-focused marketing, as well as our audiences of e-commerce customers & marketplace leaders. You will be responsible for regional marketing programs, detailed planning, proactive communication, and flawlessly delivering memorable marketing experiences that support our sales goals and influence pipeline for the North America region.

You are adapting global campaigns and marketing assets on a regional level, are very hands on in executing events (physical & digital) and campaigns, and are executing marketing towards partners and customers. You’ll be working closely with additional regional marketing managers in Asia and Europe, as well as collaborating with the broader marketing team based in the Netherlands, consisting of marketers in Product, Content, Marketing Automation, and Digital.


What you’ll be doing

  • Adapt digital and content marketing programs to the needs of the North America sales team;

  • Manage and own external communications towards existing clients and partners in the region;

  • Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and/or services, within marketing defined strategy;

  • Support Partner Marketing to execute on activities with partners from approval of campaign through execution as required;

  • Align priorities between the local commercial team and the global marketing department;

  • Decision making and discretion regarding event and campaign selection and planning in support of regional sales goals;

  • Be responsible for regional event and campaign strategy, decision making, and onsite management and logistics;

  • Ensure all events and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, measure and report on their effectiveness;

  • Localizing existing global campaigns to fit regional needs with the goal of lead generation and lead qualification;

  • Identify growth opportunities and iterate/pivot based on outcomes of campaigns and tactics;

  • Manage and own external communications towards existing clients and partners in the region.

Job requirements

What you’ll need

  • Theoretical knowledge through a bachelor's degree in a relevant field;

  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience; preferably in B2B;

  • Past experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing to North American markets;

  • Experience in launching curated campaigns, planning and managing industry events from start to strike, and lead generation via omni channel marketing (events & digital);

  • Technical experience with marketing automation systems and ad platforms;

  • Ability to work with cross-functional and cross cultural, remote teams;

  • Team player mentality and positive, “can do” attitude;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

  • Fluent in English.
