ChannelEngine has a great opportunity for an Revenue Controller!

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end AR process and play a great role in our sales and business growth. You will work directly with the Group Controller in designing and implementing Revenue/AR related processes and procedures for ChannelEngine Group. You will also get great exposure to business and have day-to-day communication with business leaders & external clients. This is an excellent opportunity if you want to be close to the business. What you’ll be doing

  • You will be the Finance representative participating in pre-sale activities such as contract review and pricing discussions;

  • You are the primary finance contact person for various internal business stakeholders (Sales, CS and Tech team) to support any customer and partner related subjects (including partner kickback & sales incentive validation);

  • You’ll be the owner of AR processes including creating/maintaining the process, customer master data maintenance, AR billing and timely cash collection;

  • Responsible for the sales ledger and ensure the revenue recognition is in accordance with our group accounting standards;

  • Responsible for diverse customer and revenue reporting, such as movement analysis on revenue, customer and AR ageing report;

  • Continuously making improvements in AR related processes;

  • Adhoc projects support.

Job requirements

What you’ll need

  • Master’s degree preferred in finance, accounting, or controlling; CPA certificate is a plus

  • Preferably 7+ years of relevant working experience in similar positions within international environments.

  • Good knowledge of AR process and overall financial processes

  • Excellent communication skills

  • We are just getting started and growing fast, a proactive and hands-on approach is needed

  • Proficient in MS Excel is a MUST

  • Experience in working with ERP, CRM and BI systems. Experience in Cloud-based accounting ERP, billing and CRM systems (eg. ChargeBee, Netsuite, exact-online, hubspot,) is a plus

  • Good written and verbal skills in English
