Revenue Technology Specialist

This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency by analyzing and optimizing our revenue technology stack. The Revenue Technology Specialist will work closely with the marketing, sales, customer success and finance teams to ensure that our revenue systems and processes are aligned with the company's strategic goals. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of revenue technology and the ability to apply that knowledge to drive business growth. What you'll be doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify areas for improvement in revenue technology;

  • Work with the marketing, sales, customer success and finance teams to design and implement revenue processes;

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by maintaining and updating revenue processes in our CRM and other systems;

  • Act as the primary point of contact for revenue-related systems and process questions and issues;

  • Analyze revenue data to identify trends and continuously improve and optimize revenue processes and systems to drive efficiency and growth;

  • Provide training and support to employees on revenue technology systems and processes;

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve revenue technology solutions.

Job requirements

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue technology or related field;

  • Strong knowledge of revenue-related technology systems and platforms, specifically expert knowledge on Hubspot;

  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation. Understanding of SQL, Excel, and programming languages such as Python or R;

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Project management skills: The ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines;

  • Ability to adapt to change. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
