ChannelEngine is scaling rapidly and under the lead of our new VP of Marketing and Growth, we are on our way towards global growth. To realize our ambitions, we are looking for a Search & Social Media Marketing Manager to grow our online presence and generate leads for our sales team.

Your Challenges

You own the Social Media & SEO strategy, identifying both short- and long-term growth opportunities, prioritizing, and working alongside multiple stakeholders to build a roadmap to support ChannelEngine’s organic growth goals.

  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos and news)

  • Handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement

  • Analyze social media results, including customer acquisition costs, prepare reports and communicate cross-functionally in order to optimize performance

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

  • Collaborate with other teams, like Sales, Customer Success and Customer Support

  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

  • Own and develop the process of launching SEO projects, maintaining adherence to the plan, and tracking progress and performance.

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the current state of SEO across these areas: technical SEO, on-page/content optimization, inbound-linking & authority development.

  • Extract insights, identify relevant trends, and provide proactive recommendations for overall organic performance, algorithm changes, and other competitive activity.

  • Perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.

  • Establish reports and monitor daily metrics to understand SEO performance and track, report, and analyze website analytics initiatives and campaigns.

  • Identify innovative areas for on-page optimization such as Load Time, HTML Structure, and Internal linking to maximize exposure of ChannelEngine’s content through search.

  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improv

  • Build and execute link-building strategies to enhance off-page SEO.

  • Create reports & communicate to internal stakeholders on strategy/project development, timelines, and results.
