Senior Campaign Manager

In this role you will develop integrated, global campaigns and drive the execution across owned and paid marketing channels. You will be in charge of developing campaign plans that drive brand awareness and lead generation.

In this role you’ll:

  • Establish ChannelEngine’s global campaign calendar including themes (in close collaboration with Product Marketing)

  • Develop inbound marketing campaigns in line with the personas, while optimizing the various touchpoints in the buyer journeys

  • Create the campaign strategy with the goal of generating qualified leads, growing the sales pipeline, and contributing to revenue growth with input from the specialists on the team (product marketing, digital/performance marketing, content marketing, SEO & website specialists, etc.) 

  • Briefing your Content Marketing colleagues on the theme of the campaign including messaging and different marketing assets needed; driving relevant & persuasive content with strong CTAs and landing pages

  • Developing global (centralized) campaigns that require minimal localization in the regions; work with regional marketers on localization as needed

  • Planning and managing Account-Based Marketing campaigns

  • Continuously evaluating the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly

  • Linking Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing and the regions: strong project management skills and collaboration skills needed.

  • Keep up-to-date on new trends and best practices in the industry, sales, and marketing

  • Collaborating cross-departmentally to engage in sales enablement opportunities for marketing-to-sales handoff

  • This is a new role: we’re looking for a self starter, who is able to work well with others

Job requirements

What you’ll need

  • At least 3 years expertise in Campaign Management, including experience with global campaigns

  • B2B experience

  • Enthusiasm and drive

  • Do-er mentality

  • Ecommerce and SaaS affinity
