Our platform is scaling too, which is why we are looking for more skilled DevOps Engineers to join us in the beautiful city of Leiden as part of the multicultural engineering team of 40 bright minds, who build, grow and maintain the ChannelEngine platform.
What you’ll be doing
Lending your expertise to our migration from on-premise to Azure cloud,
Improving the efficiency and reliability of ChannelEngine’s path to production,
Developing and improving the CI/CD process,
Building and managing secure, compliant and intuitive tooling that improves the stability, scalability, availability and latency of the ChannelEngine platform,
Monitoring ChannelEngine’s infrastructure and services and resolving alerts,
Helping make our product even more scalable by automating the testing, release and deployment of applications,
Configuring servers, cloud services, networks and internal (monitoring) tools,
Working on cloud application designs, cloud approval plans, and systems required to manage cloud storage,
Assisting with the development and coordination of cloud architecture across diverse areas including application development, identity and access management, network and data management, and security,
Advising ChannelEngine on best cloud practices and approaches.
What you’ll need
A bachelor’s (HBO) degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field,
At least 5 years’ experience in a DevOps role,
Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure,
Experience in the hosting, monitoring, and network infrastructure of a global platform/product with large data sets,
Hands-on experience working with Azure DevOps, Terraform, GitOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and ARM,
Ability to use common scripting languages such as Powershell, Bash, or Python, for automation,
A good understanding of security standards and hardening,
Experience in request tracing monitoring tools,
Any of the following certifications would be a plus: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Azure Administrator (AZ-103 or AZ-104), DevOps Solutions (AZ-400)
Some familiarity with .NET would be beneficial but not essential,
Good communication skills in English,
Must currently reside in the Netherlands.
