ChannelEngine has a great opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our People Team! You will work as a Business Partner for our Product & Tech Teams and our Back Office. In this role, you will have the important task of coaching, guiding and supporting our (first-time) managers in how to grow and structure their team, while focusing on employee engagement and team performance.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, who understands the challenges of growing teams and has a proven track record of implementing innovative and effective ways to engage people.
What you'll be doing
You empower, coach and facilitate (first-time & experienced) managers in developing their leadership skills and guide them in people-related matters & processes (e.g. people development, position management & org charts, job requisitions, sick leave etc);
You partner with our VP of Product & Tech and our CFO to identify current and future (quantitative and qualitative) people needs for their teams. You are part of the Product & Tech Management Team;
You lead people-related projects to increase engagement & wellbeing; e.g. personal leadership programs, work on global compensation & benefits projects, learning & development initiatives, implement ChannelEngine intranet;
You work alongside the People Ops Team to create sustainable and scalable global people processes aligned with business needs;
You use HR data to drive a culture of continuous improvement whilst proactively identifying trends which can improve people and business performance. Set up a set of key leading HR metrics in support of the business;
You, together with the Director of People & Culture and the rest of the People Team develop ChannelEngine’s People Strategy, roadmap & policies.

You have a relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources and/or law and 5-7 years of work experience as a People & Culture (HR) Business Partner;
Proven track record of leading innovative projects to engage people in preferably a hyper growth environment;
You have a ‘getting things done’ mentality and know how to align stakeholders;
You have a growth mindset and love working in a scale-up environment, where not everything is set and stone yet and you sometimes need to create clarity, policies and processes yourself;
You have experience in an international HR environment;
Very important: your social, coaching and communication skills are excellent. High proficiency in English is a must;
