At ChannelEngine, our mission is to enable every brand and retailer to become a global seller. To fulfill this mission we are looking for an experienced UX Designer with a well-trained eye and a structured approach to take ownership of our UX function and set the standards for our e-commerce SaaS solution! Could you be the UX Designer we are looking for? 

What you’ll be doing

• Creating a user-friendly and intuitive user experience architecture for our SaaS solution,

• Gaining a deep understanding of our users’ needs and translating this into actionable solutions without sacrificing the business needs,

• Converting customer requests and flows into wireframes,

• Designing mock-ups and click-through prototypes,

• Setting the standards and guidelines for UX design across the ChannelEngine platform to ensure consistency,

• Finding creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability),

• Working closely with the Product Owners and Front-End Developers, and attending client meetings,

• Evaluating user feedback and suggesting improvements to further enhance the platform.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field,

• 5+ years’ experience as a UX Designer,

• Experience working on an in-house product or tool,

• Experience with frontend technologies such as React is a plus,

• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture,

• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch language skills are an added plus,

• Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude,

• Availability to work 32-40 hours per week.
