In this role you will manage and optimize buyer journeys to ensure that the funnels, offers and experiences are strategically driving our website visitors into positive experiences and conversion.

What you’ll be doing
Set overall website strategy to maximize ROI, increase conversions, and acquire new leads - and implement the strategy
Build, update and optimize landing pages and product pages in Hubspot
Improve the performance metrics of the website, including continuous CRO hypothesis setting and analysis
Drive design, content, and performance improvements for desktop and mobile through A/B testing, in close collaboration with the Content team
Increase conversion rates by leveraging user research, on-site analytics, and other forms of quantitative and qualitative data
Implement and manage web analytic tracking tools (e.g. Hotjar, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc)
Work with the broader Marketing team, for example with our SEO Specialist on (technical) SEO optimizations and with the Content team on updating pages/building new pages
Keep up-to-date on new trends and best practices in the industry and in marketing
What you’ll need
Minimum of 3 years experience in CRO and web analytics
Experience with using CMS, ideally Hubspot, and basic web development (html, css)
Affinity with webpage and UX design
B2B experience and affinity
Enthusiasm and drive
