Social Media Specialist

In this role you’ll be managing our company’s global presence on social media by developing strategies, producing and publishing strong content and analyzing results. You’ll schedule, create and publish differentiating and engaging content to increase brand awareness and build engagement.

What you’ll be doing

  • Social writing and listening

  • Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively)

  • Respond to comments and interact with our followers

  • Set a strategy and calendar for various social media platforms

  • Analyze data and track metrics per social platform

  • Include employer branding posts in the calendar

  • Close collaboration with the awesome Marketing team members

Job requirements

What you’ll need

  • Experience in managing social media accounts

  • Strong writer

  • Ability to design graphics or graphic animations for social posts

  • B2B marketing affinity

  • Experience or willingness to learn video editing

  • Enthusiasm and drive

  • Do-er mentality

  • Global mindset

  • Hubspot experience is a strong plus

  • Native level English
