As the Team Lead Customer Onboarding, your mission is to build and execute a seamless, smooth and quick Onboarding experience which delivers the best possible value to the customer.
What you’ll be doing
Designing and implementing Customer Onboarding plan aligned with Director of Delivery;
Setting clear team goals aligned with company/function goals;
Monitoring team performance and reporting on metrics;
Overseeing day-to-day operation;
Developing effective and efficient workflows;
Acting as the first person to go to for people in the team to ask operational work-related questions or delegating this to a senior;
Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and a transparent, bottom-up, top-down horizontal information flow;
Holding individual contributors accountable, conducting performance reviews and proposing salary raises to management;
Responsible for strengthening professional skills and knowledge of the team members and for their personal development;
Build upon ChannelEngine’s existing metrics to benchmark our team’s success and use analytics to guide decision-making for future growth;
Partner with other teams on planning key initiatives to drive opportunities that make our customers more successful on marketplaces;
What you’ll need
A Bachelor/Masters Degree or equivalent experience;
Minimum of 8 years of working experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment;
Team lead experience;
Working experience in a client-facing position;
