What you’ll be doing
Our Sales team is an essential part of our commercial set up. Their goal is to generate revenue through acquiring new customers, closing deals and thinking strategically about creating effective sales funnels. Your team will consist of 8 Account Executives for EMEA divided in (small) regional teams, mainly focused on Benelux, DACH, Italy, Middle East, and UKI
We are looking for a people leader and enterprise account closer. The team lead will be responsible for day to day management of the team operations and execution of the overall strategy for Sales EMEA. Other responsibilities will include:
Steering team towards achieving set goals and targets (net new MRR) as the Regional Director sets. Defining a tactical approach for the team, creating specific go-to-market plans in collaboration with the Director of sales.
Growing the team, as well as developing, training and coaching team members
Working on/supporting the most significant deals in your team and region
Acting as a thought leader for the team. Shadowing, providing feedback, coming in with deal-changing insights, and keeping that collaborative culture we are proud of.
What you’ll need
Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise b2b sales, selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure to large, enterprise customers.
Experience managing and growing a team, with a track record of building a positive team culture, ideally within a SaaS environment
Experience in and knowledge of E-commerce would be a be a big plus
Technology is your passion and you’re a creative thinker with an open-minded character,
Managing long-lasting business relationships and closing enterprise clients is your primary goal, therefore you are easy to talk to and able to empathize
