You will drive our growth through the development of a marketing strategy that helps prospects and existing clients recognize and unlock the power of ChannelEngine. You will develop and implement a long-term company marketing strategy, with an emphasis on achieving B2B sales growth, market penetration, cost-effective customer acquisition and retention. You will be a key member of our management team working on the strategic growth roadmap together. This is a highly visible role that interfaces with a wide set of functions within the company such as sales and operations.

You are the one that’s developing and implementing a winning lead generation strategy. Of course you’re taking ownership of brand identity, awareness and recognition. You create intimate and lasting relationships with the audience, customers and our partners. You are occupying a key position in our management team and contributing your thoughts and ideas to our strategic growth roadmap. Besides this you’ll focus on:
Developing and implementing a long-term, company marketing strategy, with an emphasis on achieving B2B sales growth, market penetration, and cost-effective customer acquisition and retention,
Translating company-wide marketing strategies into regional strategies and integrate these (events, digital, PR and more),
Interfacing with various departments and functions within the company; most often, Sales and Operations,
Leading ChannelEngine’s digital presence (SEO, PPC, email and social media etc.),
Ensuring that awesome content is published on relevant channels,
Developing and delivering end-to-end campaigns,
Monitoring the market, analyzing consumer trends, and keeping an eye on competitor activities,
Building and leading the marketing team; helping our team members to grow, learn and flourish.

At least 8 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS/tech companies,
A track record of successfully scaling a marketing team and their capabilities,
Experience working within a high growth or scaling business, having implemented a successful lead generation marketing plan,
E-commerce experience is an added bonus
