Job description
We’re looking for a BDR Manager to join our Sales team 🚀 You will be joining a diverse and energetic group, who are responsible for generating revenue by acquiring new customers in the ecommerce industry.
What will you do as BDR Manager?
In this role, you will take ownership of the BDR function and results of the team. You will manage our team of 6 BDRs: coaching them to consistently deliver in their target area/region, mentoring them through 1:1s and team sessions, and making sure they have a good daily routine in place. You’ll guide the team on how to use different tools and frameworks in their work. You’ll drive innovation, excellence, and career growth, and make sure that the BDR function serves as a crucial foundation for our growth in the EMEA region.🎉
You’ll act as a key collaborator with the Marketing, Partnerships and RevOps teams in any topic related to business development, for example: tool adoption, workflow setup, reporting process and automation.
What makes you the ideal BDR Manager?
Experience managing and coaching an international team of outbound BDRs,
Growing an outbound motion from scratch in multiple regions,
Strong knowledge and understanding of software/SaaS sales,
Experience working in a fast-paced, scale up environment,
Good communication and interpersonal skills in English,
Currently living near Leiden, Netherlands.
