Are you looking for an internship at a SAAS scale-up with an international touch? ChannelEngine offers a challenging and rewarding internship in the Customer Success Management Team in Leiden. The Customer Success Management Team helps live customers to be successful on marketplaces.

You will be able to learn about international ecommerce, selling on marketplaces and how to work in a fast paced environment. You will be learning more about marketplace strategies, helping customers grow on marketplaces and working on onboarding international brands and retailers! 🚀

What will you do as a Customer Success Intern?

In this role, you will be closely working with our clients: helping their onboarding on new marketplaces, handling functional questions from them and contacting them to assist our CSMs in their goals to grow customers' performance. 🎯

During your internship, through analysing customer performance, you’ll provide feedback to the team.

You’ll be creating informative content for clients (how to upsell on marketplaces etc.), assisting with accounts and channel setup, and filling data gaps in our CRM and Customer Success tooling.

Job requirements

What makes you the ideal Customer Success Intern?

  • You have a commercial growth mindset and want to do better every day,

  • You have a positive and cooperative attitude,

  • HBO+, 3rd year and up,

  • You like doing analyses, are not afraid of a bit of IT and you are able to communicate with customers,

  • You are available for a minimum of four months, starting from September, full-time,

  • Proficient level of English, both in spoken and written form.

Nice to have (but not essential)

  • Language skills: Dutch, German or French (min. level B2,),

  • You have some ecommerce experience.
