Job description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our CSM team! This team is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success in the ever changing e-commerce landscape.
What will you do as Customer Success Manager?
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a strategic partner to our customers, guiding them toward long-term success on the ChannelEngine platform. You will take full ownership of a portfolio of existing clients, focusing on building strong long-lasting relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving business expansion 🤝 You’ll proactively engage customers to ensure they are leveraging new features, optimising their marketplace presence, and maximising their results. Your role will include contract negotiations, upselling, and renewal discussions, ensuring that our customers continue to see ChannelEngine as a key driver of their e-commerce success ⭐
Working in a fast-paced, innovative scale-up, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally, translating customer insights into action while interacting with some of the world’s biggest brands across a variety of industries. Job requirements
What makes you the ideal Customer Success Manager?
3-5 years’ experience as a Customer Success- or Account Manager,
Familiarity with the e-commerce / marketplace industry,
Previous sales/commercial experience,
Ability to understand a complex technical product,
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills,
Good communication skills in English,
Currently living in the Netherlands.
Nice to have (but not essential)
Proficiency in French or German,
Familiarity with Hubspot.
