Job description
We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our Delivery Team at ChannelEngine 🎉This team is responsible for connecting the systems of new customers to the ChannelEngine platform and the various marketplaces. With diverse customers across a variety of industries, and spread around the globe, no two days are the same, ensuring that your role as our Implementation Specialist is dynamic and rewarding 🌟
What will you do as an Implementation Specialist?
You’ll work alongside friendly and collaborative colleagues, overseeing the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers at ChannelEngine. You’ll be connecting customers’ systems to our platform and facilitating API connections for channel integrations 🔌 You’ll coach and train customers in setting up their accounts, walk them through ChannelEngine settings and functionalities, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience 🎯 Once onboarding is complete, you’ll help customers maximize their use of ChannelEngine, ensuring they adopt and optimize the platform’s features to achieve their business goals.
Job requirements
What makes you the ideal Implementation Specialist?
2+ years’ experience in managing onboarding projects, creating and tracking project timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams,
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces, their architecture and how data flows through the systems,
Proficiency in working with various APIs, handling authentication, and troubleshooting common API issues,
Ability to work independently and proactively, with a can-do attitude,
Good communication skills in English and French,
Currently living in the Netherlands.
Nice to have (but not essential)
German language skills,
Familiarity with ClickUp and Hubspot.
