We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our Delivery Team at ChannelEngine 🎉This team is responsible for connecting the systems of new customers to the ChannelEngine platform and the various marketplaces. With diverse customers across a variety of industries, and spread around the globe, no two days are the same, ensuring that your role as our Implementation Specialist is dynamic and rewarding 🌟

What will you do as an Implementation Specialist?

You will play a key role in the adoption of ChannelEngine’s features by existing customers and also the onboarding of new customers. You ensure customers are successfully connected to the platform, set up correctly, and supported in maximizing the value they get from ChannelEngine throughout their lifecycle. As an Implementation Specialist, your role will involve managing work items designed to increase customer efficiency, sales performance, and overall value derived from ChannelEngine.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maximizing Platform Adoption: Take ownership of assigned work items, analyzing the customer’s current use of the platform, and determining the best approach to optimize their use of ChannelEngine.

  • Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with the Revenue team to ensure platform configurations are executed accurately and efficiently, following customer specifications.

  • Driving Value: Monitor and evaluate customer usage, identifying opportunities for improvement or new features to explore during Hypercare. You’ll ensure customers always make the most out of ChannelEngine’s capabilities.

  • Continuous Learning: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of ChannelEngine’s features and capabilities, applying this knowledge to solve customer challenges and enhance their experience with the platform.

  • Close collaboration with the Product team: by enabling and adopting the newest features with our existing customers, you know best what still needs to be improved to have the best user experience. Therefore, your valuable feedback goes back to our product teams to improve the features that are built. 

  • New Customer Onboarding: You oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, connecting their systems to the ChannelEngine platform and facilitating API connections for channel integrations. You guide customers through account setup, platform configurations, and core functionalities to ensure a smooth and successful start.

Job requirements

What makes you the ideal Implementation Specialist?

  • 2+ years’ experience in managing onboarding projects, creating and tracking project timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams,

  • Proficiency in working with APIs, handling authentication, and troubleshooting common API issues,

  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a can-do attitude,

  • Good communication skills in English and preferably Dutch,

  • Currently living near Leiden, Netherlands.

Nice to have (but not essential)

  • E-commerce / marketplace / integrator experience,

  • Familiarity with Hubspot.
