ChannelEngine has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our friendly and collaborative People Team. This is a key interim role supporting our continued international growth. You’ll work closely with engaged and supportive hiring managers to attract talented people who will help us move forward. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, and contributing to a positive candidate and manager experience in a growing global business. This position is available for the period between 1 July - 1 February 2026.

What will you do as an Interim Talent Acquisition Business Partner?

Your role will be to design and deliver effective hiring strategies to attract and hire top talent across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Key focus areas include building strong partnerships with managers, leveraging data to drive recruitment decisions, and ensuring an exceptional candidate journey from start to finish. Through creative sourcing and proactive talent pipelining, you’ll help us find people who not only meet our business needs but also enrich our diverse and inclusive culture.

Job requirements

What makes you the ideal Interim Talent Acquisition Business Partner?

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within an international company,

  • Strong track record in creative sourcing and delivering high-quality hires,

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,

  • Strong interpersonal and commercial acumen, with a collaborative mindset,

  • Available to work 32–36 hours per week and based within commuting distance of Leiden,

  • A positive, proactive attitude – and fun to work with!
