Job description

ChannelEngine is looking for a Junior Accounting Specialist! You’ll be joining our Finance team, who is tackling all financial aspects of our company: making sure finances are accurate, managing the company’s financial plan and keeping the company financially healthy.⭐

What will you do as Junior Accounting Specialist?

As a Junior Accounting Specialist at ChannelEngine, you will play a key role in managing the financial administration for various entities within our global organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Group Controller, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate closely with seasoned professionals in our team (both Accounting and FP&A). This role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.🚀

In this role, you’ll process and verify purchase invoices with a high degree of accuracy, and track the unpaid invoices. Key focus areas include managing and reconciling bank transactions, and maintaining financial records and administration. You’ll assist in the preparation of financial reports and liaise with external auditors.

Collaboration is an important part of this position: you’ll assist in the month-end and year-end closing process by working closely with your team. You’ll participate in internal projects aimed at streamlining processes and integrating the financial systems of acquired companies. 📈
