Job description
We are looking for a Key Account Manager MENA to join our CSM team! ⭐This team is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success in the ever changing e-commerce landscape.
What will you do as Key Account Manager?
As Key Account Manager MENA, you’ll act as strategic partner to our global and regional enterprise customers, driving long-term success by maximizing growth, adoption, and satisfaction via the ChannelEngine platform.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a small portfolio of high-value customers in the MENA region. You’ll guide enterprise-level customers across regions—especially in areas with complex business structures such as retail groups, distributors, and licensees—in leveraging their full growth potential. This includes driving new feature adoption, optimizing marketplace performance, and leading commercial processes such as renewals, upsells, and expansion planning.
Additional responsibilities include taking commercial ownership during onboarding & integration, proactively preventing churn, using available data to support customers’ growth and collaborating across cross-functional teams internally.
Job requirements
What makes you the ideal Key Account Manager?
5-8 years’ of experience as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager,
Strong understanding and knowledge of the MENA ecommerce ecosystem,
Experience in SEA market channels and operational models,
Robust project management skills with cross functional internal and external teams,
Strong technical affinity (ERP, PIM, OMS, ecommerce platforms),
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal,
Currently living in the Netherlands or Dubai.
Nice to have (but not essential)
Arabic language skills.
