Job description

We are currently looking for a Director of Marketing to take ownership of our global marketing organisation 🌍 This is a senior leadership role within the management team, reporting into C-level. You’ll play a key part in shaping how we scale commercially, position ourselves in the market, and operate as a marketing function in an AI-native era. This role suits someone who is strategic and tactical in equal measure. You'll bring structure, focus, and commercial discipline to a fast-moving environment, while building a marketing team that punches well above its weight through smart use of AI and tooling 🤖

What will you do as our Marketing Director?

You will lead ChannelEngine’s global marketing function, focusing on pipeline generation, performance marketing, and measurable commercial impact. You will define and execute a marketing strategy that drives B2B growth, increases market penetration, and delivers cost-effective customer acquisition and retention across all regions.

You will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, translating company direction into clear regional execution across events, digital, PR and partner marketing. A key part of your role will be working closely with Sales and Product to align on market needs, product development, positioning, and go-to-market launches.

You will be accountable for building a scalable, predictable pipeline that directly contributes to accepted opportunities and revenue growth. This includes leading demand generation, overseeing digital performance channels (SEO, PPC, email and social), and continuously testing and optimising campaigns. Setting the standard for how AI is used within marketing, ensuring high-quality output, and building it into the team’s operating model as a core capability will also be a key element of your role.

In addition, you will shape ChannelEngine’s positioning and brand, ensuring consistency and impact across all customer touchpoints, while keeping a close eye on market trends, customer insights and competitor activity. Finally, you will lead and develop a team of 11 marketing professionals, creating clarity, focus and growth opportunities within the team, while strengthening collaboration across the wider organisation.
