We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Team at ChannelEngine 🎉! This role is at the heart of our marketing efforts, ensuring the smooth operation of various campaigns, creating impactful content, and optimizing our website and email communications. Your contributions will play a key role in driving our brand’s visibility and success 🎨
What will you do as Marketing Operations Specialist?
You’ll work closely with a talented and supportive team, overseeing a range of marketing operations to bring our campaigns to life. This includes managing the content on our website, crafting visually appealing assets, coordinating email campaigns, and supporting events and product marketing initiatives 🌟
Core responsibilities:
Website: Design and update landing pages for webinars, ebooks, and other campaigns, make improvements to existing pages, and manage new partner or channel page updates. You’ll know the ins and outs of our CMS and ensure our website remains polished and effective 🔧
Design: Create attractive designs for emails, website pages, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline workflows.
Emails: Write and manage follow-up and nurture emails, such as event takeaways, campaign-related communications and support with creating the monthly newsletter ✉️
Events: Assist in coordinating events across Europe, manage swag, fill out event applications, and support event campaigns with precision.
Product Marketing: Write compelling copy for new product pages to ensure our offerings shine in the marketplace.
CRM Management: Upload and manage contact lists in Hubspot and assist in maintaining organized and efficient databases.
Webinars: Assist in preparing and hosting webinars to engage various audiences, including prospects, customers, and partners.
Job requirements
What makes you the ideal Marketing Operations Specialist?
1-2 years of B2B marketing experience plus relevant internships.
A degree in marketing or a related field.
Experience working with CMS platforms (Hubspot is a plus!).
Comfortable with CRM systems like Hubspot, and a natural flair for organization.
Proficient in tools like Canva and eager to explore ChatGPT or similar AI-driven tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Genuine interest in our platform and ecommerce in general is required.
