We have a great opportunity for an experienced relationship manager, with a strong business development focus, to join our team ⭐ In this role, you will play a key part in driving ChannelEngine’s growth across European markets, and contribute to the development of our channel roadmap 🚀
What will you do as our Channel Partnerships Manager?
You will manage and grow our partnerships with key European marketplace partners, with the aim of positioning ChannelEngine as their number one integration partner. You will support new business development by driving high-priority leads from marketplace partners to our sales team 📈
You’ll work closely with our Marketing team to increase brand awareness, build pipeline, and educate clients through joint initiatives with partners, such as webinars, white papers, and social media content ✨ At the same time, you will strengthen internal marketplace knowledge by gathering insights from partners and sharing them with relevant teams across the organisation 🌱
You will also help improve client performance on marketplaces by connecting Operations with suitable solutions from our marketplace partners and wider partner network. In addition, you’ll provide commercial and strategic input into the development and rollout of our European marketplace roadmap.
Job requirements
What makes you the ideal Channel Partnerships Manager?
8+ years’ experience building and managing an ecosystem of enterprise clients and partners,
A strong understanding of the e-commerce and online marketplace landscape, including a good grasp of the different stakeholders involved and what drives them,
You are confident in building and growing partnerships and client relationships, and enjoy fostering strong, lasting connections with stakeholders,
Excellent communication skills in English. Additional language skills in German or French would be great!
Currently living in the Netherlands or Germany.
