Our IT team is looking for a new member🌟 We’re looking for a medior level Onsite Support Engineer to join our internal IT team. They are responsible for everything IT: troubleshooting, systems administration, applications and device management.

What will you do as Onsite Support Engineer?

In this role, you’ll provide support for our global workforce for IT-related requests through our ticketing system, Zendesk. With your team, you’ll work on various projects, including internally developed gen AI applications. 💻

One of the main focus areas of the position is to register, manage, and replace company assets. You’ll provision and maintain company accounts and devices using Entra ID, Google Workspace and Microsoft Intune. In addition, you’ll be the primary contact for our external IT suppliers. 

Collaboration is a key aspect in this role: you’ll assist our Information Security team in performing recurring security audits and implementing various configurations, to ensure that ChannelEngine stays compliant with internationally recognized standards such as ISO27001. You’ll also work with other departments to improve their processes or automate repetitive tasks. 🚀

Job requirements

What makes you the ideal Onsite Support Engineer?

  • 4+ years of experience in providing functional IT support,

  • Knowledge of how to provision and manage devices using Microsoft Intune,

  • An understanding of security standards and systems hardening,

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English,

  • Proactive approach and strong social skills,

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week,

  • Currently residing in the Netherlands.

Nice to have (but not essential)

  • Experience with Mac OS and Jamf Pro,

  • Knowledge of one or more scripting languages, such as Powershell or Bash,

  • Dutch proficiency.
