Job description

We’re always looking to connect with ambitious, German-speaking sales talent who want to build a career in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up. Whether you’re at the start of your sales journey or already have some experience under your belt, we’d love to hear from you if you’re excited about outbound sales, learning fast, and helping e-commerce brands grow internationally.

This is an open application, which means we’ll match your profile with current or upcoming sales roles - from BDR-level positions to more experienced commercial roles - and reach out when there’s a strong fit. If you’re driven, curious, and ready to grow in a scale-up environment, it’d be great to hear from you!

What you could be working on:

  • Driving growth in the DACH market through outbound or inbound sales activity

  • Researching, prospecting, and engaging new businesses via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Running discovery conversations to understand customer needs and challenges

  • Presenting ChannelEngine’s value to decision-makers using a consultative sales approach

  • Collaborating closely with marketing, account executives, and other sales teammates

  • Learning and applying knowledge of e-commerce, marketplaces, and SaaS

  • Experimenting with outreach approaches and continuously improving your sales craft

  • Keeping your pipeline organised and up to date in the CRM

What would make an ideal candidate:

  • 0 - 5+ years’ experience in (B2B) Sales

  • Fluent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)

  • Strong interest in building a career in sales, SaaS, and e-commerce

  • A proactive, resilient mindset and the motivation to learn through doing

  • Comfort with outreach, conversations, and hearing a few “no’s” along the way

  • Availability to work from either Leiden or Berlin
