We’re looking for an enthusiastic Regional Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Team and support in supercharging our field marketing and events engine 🎉! This role sits at the core of our regional marketing efforts, supporting high-impact events, regional campaigns and creating locally relevant content. Your contributions will play a key role in driving our brand’s success across our focus regions. 🎨

What will you do as a Marketing Operations Specialist?

Reporting to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the Global Marketing team and support the execution of a wide range of regional marketing activities with a strong focus on events across Europe and the US.  From supporting the coordination of trade shows, partner events, and roadshows to managing timelines, assets, vendors, and follow-up, you’ll help ensure every activation runs smoothly and lands with impact.

Core responsibilities:

  • Events (Primary Focus): Support in the planning, logistics, and execution for trade shows, partner events, roadshows, and community activations primarily across the EMEA region. Event execution is mostly handled virtually, not on-site.

  • Design: Create attractive designs for emails, website pages, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline workflows.

  • Localized content & pages. Support in developing and updating localized landing pages, event pages, and partner content. 

  • CRM management: Upload and manage contact lists in Hubspot and assist in maintaining organized and efficient databases.

  • Campaign & project support: Coordinate multi-channel campaigns around key events and regional priorities.

  • Webinars: Support webinar setup, coordination, and logistics including preparing speakers, assets, and communications.

  • Partner marketing: Support joint activities with key partners, including co-branded events, campaigns, and webinar promotions.

Job requirements

What makes you the ideal Marketing Operations Specialist?

  • 1-2 years of B2B marketing experience plus relevant internships,

  • A degree in marketing or a related field,

  • Experience managing or supporting events ideally in tech, SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B,

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously,

  • Marketing tools knowledge: experience working with CMS platforms (Hubspot is a plus!), design literacy (Canva or similar tools) and eager to explore ChatGPT or similar AI-driven tools,

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German,

  • Available to work from our Leiden office at least 2 days a week.
