We are looking for a Revenue Operations Architect to join our RevOps Team at ChannelEngine! ⭐ This team is responsible for driving revenue growth and operational efficiency by aligning and optimising the key functions that impact revenue: sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success. The RevOps Team brings together data, technology, and processes to enable cross-functional collaboration, streamline workflows, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue at ChannelEngine 📈


What will you do as Revenue Operations Architect?

As Revenue Operations Architect, you’ll be responsible for designing and managing the critical systems that incentivize our teams and bring our products to market. 

Your work will support GTM capacity planning through territory design and forecasting, ensuring the right headcount is in place to achieve revenue targets. You’ll lead the design and modeling of incentive compensation plans for Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams, establishing fair quotas and targets, and overseeing operational management of compensation and payouts. Through detailed analysis of pricing performance, discounting trends, and deal structures, you’ll deliver insights that influence strategic pricing and product decisions.🎯

Collaboration is key as you’ll be a critical partner to the leadership of Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Marketing on all matters related to compensation and product operations.

By owning the strategy and execution of GTM compensation & capacity planning, pricing analysis, and new product introductions, you’ll ensure our revenue teams are motivated by fair and effective plans and are fully enabled to sell and support our evolving product set. 

Job requirements

What makes you the ideal Revenue Operations Architect?

  • 5+ years’ hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance roles with a direct focus on sales compensation design and management,

  • Analytical mindset with strong quantitative and modeling skills using Excel and/or Google Sheets,

  • Deep understanding of SaaS compensation structures, deal desk mechanics, and the key metrics that drive customer acquisition and expansion,

  • Experience working closely with senior leaders, particularly in Sales, Finance, and HR,

  • Strong interest towards leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency,

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English,

  • Currently resident in the Netherlands.
