Senior Partner Manager

  • Hybrid
    • Leiden, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands
  • Partnerships & Sales

Job description

We're looking for two Senior Partner Managers to join our Partnerships Team 💙 Our Partnerships Team focuses on generating revenue through building strategic alliances to drive sales growth and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships. One role focuses on Channel and Solution Partners, while the other covers Technology and Logistics Partners.

What will you do as Senior Partner Manager?

In this role, you will own and grow a focused portfolio of high-impact partners, operating in a senior, business-owner capacity where commercial outcomes take centre stage: translating joint strategy into pipeline, ARR, and long-term strategic growth, you will prioritise impact over volume at every step. 📈

Key focus areas include defining and executing joint go-to-market strategies, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, and guiding account mapping, ICP alignment, and co-selling motions alongside Sales. You'll own commercial outcomes end-to-end for your assigned partners, leading QBRs, building measurable joint growth plans, and identifying expansion opportunities across regions, verticals, and offerings.

Through senior relationship management and internal sponsorship across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery, you'll act as the primary point of accountability for your partner portfolio — challenging partners on commitments and performance where needed, and directing them to the right stakeholders within ChannelEngine.
